Charlotte Gilbert - Head of Corporate Services

Charlotte has over 20 years housing experience, which began in the Eastlands Homes' area, Ardwick.
Since then, she has held a range of performance management and research-related roles with the local authority and housing providers.  As Head of Corporate Services for Eastlands Homes, Charlotte leads the various teams that have responsibility for governance, probity, business improvement, communications, risk management, business continuity, facilities management, executive support and health and safety.  She also leads on Eastlands' worklessness strategy and developed its Employment Support Service for local residents and customers.

Gavin Fisk - Head of Neighbourhood Services

Gavin Fisk is the newest recruit to the Eastlands Homes Senior Management Team and brings ideas and experience from 14 years working in the social housing sector. Having graduated from Salford University with a Masters degree in Housing (Practice), Gavin joined Guinness Northern Counties, a national social housing provider, in 1999 and has since worked across Greater Manchester but retained a consistent involvement and passionate commitment to the regeneration of east Manchester throughout. Over the last 10 years Gavin has worked on a range of housing, community and regeneration projects in east Manchester before joining Eastlands Homes in February 2012.

Since joining Eastlands Homes Gavin has overseen the delivery of a range of projects, including key service reviews and is championing improvements in performance and service delivery. Gavin is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Guy Johnson - Head of Finance

Guy is a qualified Accountant and worked in practice for over 10 years prior to starting in the Housing sector in 2001. He has a wide range of financial and commercial experience and is committed to providing a finance service that complies with all statutory requirements, adds value to the business and promotes efficient use of resources. As Head of Finance, Guy leads a finance team responsible for a range of diverse finance functions ranging from rent processing to developing long term financial business planning for the business as well as teams working on service charges, leaseholders and right to buy.      

Joanne Lewis - Head of Maintenance

Joanne was transferred to Eastlands Homes as part of the Large Scale Voluntary Transfer from Manchester City Council in 2003 where she has worked since 1986 in various roles. Joanne has experience in all areas of housing management and has worked in the Property Services Department since 2005 as the Manager and became the Head of Maintenance in 2010. Joanne has been a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing since completing her BSc (Hons) degree in Housing Practice in 2009.   As Head of Maintenance Joanne leads the responsive maintenance team in delivering the service to all of our customers.

Joy Kumar - Head of ICT

Joy joined Eastlands Homes in 2012 as the Head of ICT.   She has over 20 years of experience in different aspects of information technology, having worked in a range of public sector organisations including in Higher Education and the Police Service.   As an accredited PRINCE 2 and ITIL practitioner, Joy is committed to delivering transformational change through technology-enabled business projects.   She leads a team of technical specialists who are responsible for delivering a Value for Money ICT service that meets the needs of Eastlands Homes staff and tenants and enables more and more people to be digitally connected.  

Mark Howells - Head of Investment

Mark transferred to Eastlands Homes as part of the second Stock Transfer from Manchester City Council in April 2009. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with a BSC (Hons) Degree in Building Studies and has been member of the Chartered Institute of Housing since 2001. Mark has over 28 years experience working in a construction environment and has focused on the housing sector since 1995.   He has a wide range of management experience including managing change and has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry. As Head of the Investment Team, Mark is responsible for delivering the Investment Programme which delivers a wide range of both internal and external improvements to all areas of our estates. He is committed to providing a strong customer focused service high in quality and is passionate about developing and improving East Manchester for the benefit of the wider community as a whole.

Sandra Morris - Head of Human Resources

Sandra has been at Eastlands since 2006.   She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development.   Sandra has over 25 years experience of working in Human Resources having worked in Human Resources in   the construction industry, manufacturing and a scientific testing organisation as well as another housing organisation.   As Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development, Sandra leads on Human Resources, Learning and Development and Payroll.
