Customer Feedback

In order for us to provide quality services that meet the diverse needs of all our customers, we need to collect information.

We know everyone has different needs and it is important we know, so we treat everybody equally and make sure everyone has the same access to all our services.  We collect information on age, gender, sexuality, religion, language, ethnic group, disability, adaptations to the home and assistance needed.

We also collect information from our customers about what they want and what they think of our services, so we can highlight areas for improvement.

We do this in a number of ways;

  • Focus groups who attend meetings on specific services
  • Feedback surveys sent out when are ordered
  • Feedback surveys are sent out to get your feedback in many service areas such as; , rents, new build, new tenants and tenants who leave their home, neighbour nuisance & ASB team, eastline.
  • Customer satisfaction surveys carried out by phone, both by staff and external agencies
  • Customer Communication Survey, which we will carry out every two weeks.

    We also get formal feedback from a number of other agencies, including;

    • Manchester City Council BME Network
    • Manchester Residents Association
    • Local Area Partnership meetings
