As a company we like to know what our customers think about our services and how we work. This helps us to provide a better service.
How do we find out what you think?
We may invite you to meetings about things that interest or worry you. Or we may ask you to fill in questionnaires or surveys. Once people get used to coming along we find they really enjoy being able to meet other tenants - telling us what they think, whats good and what's not so good about what we do.
However people have told us that before they started coming to meetings they were some things that worried them, so we thought we would try to answer a few of your questions and any concerns that you might have.
Q. Will there be lots of people there?
A. Usually we like no more than about 12 people at our panel meetings , forum meetings may have up to 30.
Q. Will I have to go up to the front and speak?
A. No, our meetings usually are very relaxed with everyone sat round a table some people like to sit back and listen and some people like to put their views forward.
Q. How will I get there?
A.We provide free transport to all our meetings and home again.
Q. Will I have to write anything down?
A. Not usually, we may ask questions and we write your answers down. Sometimes we may ask you to complete questionnaires. But not everyone likes to write things down and we understand this, so if you dont want to do that just tell us once and we wont ask you again.
Q. Do you provide child care while I am at a meeting?
A. Yes we can provide childcare for a small amount of children but you must let us know in advance so we can organise it.
