Our Customer Involvement programme is a way to get involved and have your say about the services we provide and tell us what you want.
The word customer is used to mean anyone that lives in a home managed by Eastlands Homes, including:
- Tenants and leasholders
- Former tenants who have bought their home
- People on the housing register
- People living in Manchester who may be affected by our regeneration objectives or the services we offer
There are lots of ways you can get involved, from joining one of our service review panels, to becoming a mystery shopper to test our services. We have two youth forums, a group for the over 60s and much more.
You can choose to come to meetings and participate in person if you prefer this method we can provide you with transport and will write to advise you of meetings either by email or by post whichever is more convenient for you.
If you have an interest in a subject but not much time you can choose to just have the information sent to you either by email or by post, and if you have questions you can pass them to us to resolve for you.
For those with very busy lives who want their voices to be heard but dont have time to receive information on a regular basis you can choose to be a survey panel member. If you choose this option we will occasionally contact you to complete a survey to let us know your views.
Below you will find a summary of all our panels, please take the time to get in touch with us and let us know how would like to be kept informed choose the method best for you and if you want to have email information sent to you about rents but attend meetings on that is fine you can choose any combination that suits you.
