Eastlands Homes has a range of properties in Beswick, Clayton and Openshaw.  An additional 5,300 homes in Ardwick, Gorton North, Gorton South, Levenshulme, Longsight, and Rusholme transfer to Eastlands Homes from the council on 30 March 2009.

Clayton - there are more than 1,100 homes belonging to us in this area.  Properties include bungalows, one, two and three bedroom flats as well as houses of various sizes.  There is also sheltered accomodation for tenants over 60.

Openshaw - almost 500 of our properties are in this area, including various sized houses and one bedroomed flats. 

Miles Platting  - 44 properties, including two and three bedroom houses and one bedroom flats.

Levenshulme - 283 properties.

Rusholme - 165 properties.

Gorton - 2854 properties.

Platt Fields - 165 properties.

Longsight - 759 properties.
