STAR Survey make your views count!
At Eastlands Homes we care about what you think of us, and your opinion makes a real difference.
Thats why we are asking all our customers to give us their views, which will help us improve our services.
Each time we issue our Streets Ahead newsletter in March, June, September and December, we will also send the survey to one in every four customers. This will make sure everyone has the chance to give their views during the year.
The STAR survey, otherwise known as the Survey of Tenants And Residents, replaces many of the other surveys that we do, as well as the longer Tenant Satisfaction Survey that we used to carry out every three years.
Everyone who completes and returns the survey will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win a first prize of £250 of high street vouchers, or one of two runners-up prizes of £150. The winners will be announced in each issue of Streets Ahead.
