It makes no difference when you place your bid during this time tenancies will be offered to the highest eligible bidders based on their Manchester City Council Band and Award Date.
If you are successful you will be contacted shortly afterwards and will be required to complete an affordability assessment and credit check, and provide two good references, prior to your offer being confirmed. In accepting the tenancy you will be required to pay your first months rent in advance and set up a direct debit for future payments.
