On 1 April 2015, Eastlands Homes became a subsidiary of One Manchester - a partnership between Eastlands Homes and City South Manchester Housing Trust, which provides more than 12,000 properties across Manchester and promotes greater social investment, innovation and delivers efficiencies in housing services to new and existing customers. 

Although we’re now part of a bigger organisation, it is business as usual for Eastlands Homes as we continue to deliver services to our customers. 

 

Your rent won’t change as a direct result of this partnership. You will continue to be an Eastlands Homes tenant and all your rights and aspects of your tenancy, such as right to buy, won’t change.

 

All of your services, such as , will continue as normal. We will continue to deliver front line services locally and have a strong presence in our neighbourhoods, maintaining local knowledge and experience.

 

Eastlands Homes and City South share similar values and ambitions and share the view that building stronger communities is what matters most.
